Adam Mimeles, a member of the Firm, represents public and private corporations, general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on equity and debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, federal securities law compliance and commercial real estate.

Mr. Mimeles' experience includes representation of issuers, investors, underwriters and placement agents in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In the mergers and acquisitions area, Mr. Mimeles has represented public and private buyers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industry sectors. With respect to commercial real estate, Mr. Mimeles represents developers, owners, landlords and tenants on a variety of matters, including sales of equity interests, property acquisitions and dispositions, financing and leasing. Mr. Mimeles also advises companies on a wide array of general corporate matters.

Mr. Mimeles received his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from The Washington College of Law at The American University and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
