Annie Y. Wong, of counsel to the Firm, specializes in banking, corporate, and real estate law.
Ms. Wong represents a number of international lending institutions in connection with their commercial financing transactions in the United States including real estate loans and various other types of asset-based financings. Ms. Wong has also represented public and private companies with respect to their commercial transactions. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Wong was associated with the law firm of Jacobs Persinger & Parker.
Ms. Wong received a Juris Doctor degree in 1980 from the New York University School of Law where she was a Root-Tilden Scholar, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 from the College of Arts and Sciences of Cornell University.
Ms. Wong is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
