Christopher D. Seamster


Christopher D. Seamster, as associate of the Firm, represents clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seamster was associated with the firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP.

Mr. Seamster received a Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law School in 2005.  Mr. Seamster received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.  Mr. Seamster is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Client's Rights
