David E. Kutcher, an associate of the Firm, represents public and private clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Mr. Kutcher earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.  During law school, he worked as a summer analyst for CRT Capital Group, LLC, a Stamford, Conn. investment banking firm.  Mr. Kutcher received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 2005.  Mr. Kutcher is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
