Holly Froum is a litigation associate of the Firm who concentrates on commercial and securities matters. Prior to joining the Firm, she was associated with the law firms of Bickel & Brewer and Ferro Labella & Zucker L.L.C.
Ms. Froum received her Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, where she was an Alexander Fellow, a Merit Scholar, and a member of the Women’s Law Journal. During law school, she interned for the Hon. Richard W. Goldberg of the United States Court of International Trade. Following law school, she was law clerk to the Hon. Burrell I. Humphreys, of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Froum graduated, summa cum laude, from
Lehigh
University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
Ms. Froum is admitted to practice law in New York and
New Jersey.
