James J. Mangan, an associate of the Firm, focuses on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mangan was associated with the firm of Anslow & Jaclin, LLP in Manalapan, New Jersey.
Mr. Mangan received a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006, earning a concentration in corporate law. Mr. Mangan received a B.B.A., cum laude, in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2002. His admission to practice in the State of New York is pending.
