Phi H. D. Nguyen, an associate of the Firm, is a corporate attorney who represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, other transactional and general corporate matters.
Mr. Nguyen’s experience includes representation of both buyers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industry sectors. Mr. Nguyen also represents businesses in commercial transactions including the licensing and research of intellectual property, the distribution and marketing of products (including pharmaceuticals) and project finance. Mr. Nguyen also has experience in the area of energy industry regulation.
Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The George Washington University in 1992 and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of San Diego School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, District of Columbia and Virginia.
