Robert G. Vidoni, an associate of the Firm, specializes in real estate law. Mr. Vidoni has represented institutional lenders, borrowers and investors in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, net leasing, space leasing and syndicated and securitized financing of fee, leasehold and condominium interests.

Additionally, Mr. Vidoni has represented cooperative sponsors in connection with offering plan amendments and residential conveyances. He also has experience reviewing and drafting insurance provisions and working with insurance professionals in connection with loans and credit tenant lease transactions.    

Mr. Vidoni is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Vidoni received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School .  At Brooklyn Law School , he served as President of the Student Bar Association and Co-Editor of the school newspaper.  Mr. Vidoni received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature from Colgate University where he was involved in student government and university television.
