Sarah E. Williams is an associate in the corporate department. Her practice is focused on securities, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions. She represents foreign and domestic issuers in private and public debt and equity offerings, as well as underwriters, placement agents and broker/dealers in private placements, initial public offerings and secondary offerings. She also assists clients with Securities and Exchange Commission matters and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in 1999. While in law school, she served as a student law clerk to the Honorable William G. Bassler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Williams is admitted to practice before the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
