Steven A. Saide, of counsel to the Firm, has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of corporate law, domestic and crossborder mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters. He also has extensive experience in reverse mergers into public shells and has represented both the target and the public vehicle in such transactions.
Mr. Saide received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brooklyn College in 1966 and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Newark School of Law in 1969. He was also a member of the Rutgers Law Review. Mr. Saide is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
