Svetlana E. Dvoskin, an associate of the Firm, represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Dvoskin received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2007.  During law school, she interned for the Enforcement Division of the SEC and NASD and the Private Client Services Group of Bear Stearns.  Ms. Dvoskin received a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from Brandeis University in 2003.  She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
