Svetlana (Dvoskin) Lebedev, an associate of the Firm, practices primarily in the area of securities and capital markets, where she has represented public and private companies in equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, Regulation D offerings and private placements.  She also advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance compliance.

Ms. Lebedev received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, magna cum laude and her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.  During law school, Ms. Lebedev interned for the Enforcement Division of the Securities Exchange Commission in New York and for the Honorable Allen L. Gropper of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York.  She also had a summer associate position in the Private Client Services Group of Bear Stearns.  

Ms. Lebedev is admitted to practice law in New York.  She is fluent in Russian.
