Tamar Aydin Donikyan, an associate of the Firm, represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Donikyan was associated with the firm of Moomjian & Waite, LLP in Long Island, New York.
Ms. Donikyan received a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005, where she served as a supervising editor on the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics Journal. Ms. Donikyan received a B.A. in Anthropology from Haverford College in 2000. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
