Brian Lee, an associate of the Firm, is a corporate attorney who focuses on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public and private offerings.
Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Science of the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2001 and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Lee served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
