Ying Li


Ying Li, an associate of the Firm, represents domestic and international clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and corporate governance matters.  She has extensive experience in international business transactions, especially in  Asia . She has represented Chinese companies on various multinational transactions including reverse mergers and other alternative public offerings. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Li worked as a corporate associate at the law firms of Thelen LLP and Seyfarth Shaw.   

Ms. Li received her PRC law degree from Zhongshan University School of Law in 2001, her L.L.M degree from Indiana University at Bloomington in 2003, and her J.D. degree from Cornell University School of Law in 2006. Ms. Li is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.  Ms. Li is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Client's Rights
