Yingying Chen, an associate of the Firm, represents public and private clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on public and private offerings, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.  A native of Shanghai, Ms. Chen is fluent in several Chinese language dialects and assists the Firm in its representation of Chinese companies.  

Ms. Chen received her Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University School of Law in 2007 and her L.L.M. degree from the New York University School of Law in 2008.  Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for an international law firm in its Beijing office as well as for a multinational corporation in Beijing.  

Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
