Mark L. Weyman
Mark L. Weyman is a member of the Firm's Litigation Department. He has held leadership positions in his prior firms, serving as the co-chair of the Antitrust/Unfair Competition Group, the Chair of the Litigation Department and a member of his firm's Ethics Committee and Chairman of its Evaluation Committee. He has concentrated his practice in the area of corporate and commercial litigation.
Mr. Weyman has extensive experience in trials and arbitrations as well as appellate work. He has handled matters in diverse areas including securities, antitrust, contracts, accounting and attorney malpractice, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination, environmental, trademark and product liability. He frequently lectures and writes on litigation topics. Mark has been rated "AV" by Martindale Hubbell. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second and Third Circuit.
Mr. Weyman received a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from State University of New York at Albany.
