Muhseen Abdoolraman, of counsel to the Firm, specializes in corporate and securities matters. He has extensive experience representing both corporate and financial institution clients across a broad range of capital markets transactions, including private placements, IPOs and other equity offerings, and investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt financings. His practice includes advising U.S. and foreign public companies on general corporate, securities law and governance matters, and financial investors in connection with liability management and debt restructuring transactions. He also has significant experience advising companies through every stage of the corporate life cycle – from entity formation and venture capital financing through successful initial public offering or acquisition, as well as advising venture capital and other strategic investors on structuring and executing investment transactions and portfolio dispositions. Muhseen has experience across a variety of sectors, including technology, financial, oil and gas, infrastructure, life sciences and general industrials.
Prior to joining the Firm, Muhseen was an associate at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Palo Alto and New York.
