Ellenoff was invited by Private Equity News to speak at the only event in Europe dedicated to SPACs in 2008.  The conference brought together private equity houses, investors, advisers and investment bankers to examine the trend and examine the pros and cons of the investment vehicle. Mr. Ellenoff moderated the panel on the convergence of private equity with SPACs.
