Alex Weniger-Araujo, of counsel to the Firm, is a corporate and securities attorney. He focuses his practice on securities, venture finance, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters. He represents both foreign and domestic, emerging growth and high technology public and private company issuers and investors in equity crowdfunding, Regulation A, public and private placement offerings. Mr. Weniger-Araujo also advises clients on the ongoing public reporting requirements of issuers and shareholders.
Prior to joining the Firm, he led product development for a legal technology company, was the founder of a real estate analytics SaaS platform, and was previously general counsel at a New York-based venture development firm focused on Seed to Series-A stage companies.
Mr. Weniger-Araujo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from George Mason University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is fluent in Spanish.
