Ari Edelman


Ari Edelman is a member of the Firm’s corporate department. Since joining the Firm, Mr. Edelman has played a significant role in the Firm’s SPAC practice, representing dozens of SPAC issuers and numerous investment banks, including Cantor Fitzgerald, B. Riley FBR, BTIG, Chardan Capital Markets and EarlyBirdCapital in IPOs with an aggregate market value of several billion dollars. In addition, Mr. Edelman has worked on numerous M&A transactions, including SPAC acquisitions, public M&A and private M&A transactions. Mr. Edelman also advises clients on general corporate matters.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Edelman has represented many public and private companies, investment banks and investors in equity and debt securities offerings and M&A transactions. These transactions have included IPO’s, SPAC’s, PIPE’s, venture capital financings, shelf offerings and going private transactions, among others.

Mr. Edelman received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University in 2000. He received his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
