Daniel Ash

Associate

Daniel Ash, an associate of the Firm, focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state court and arbitration in a broad range of matters, including securities, breach of fiduciary duty, contract, fraud, legal malpractice, and Major League Baseball Players Association arbitrations.

Mr. Ash graduated summa cum laude from Queens College and Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Federal Litigation Clinic, where he represented clients in both civil and criminal matters, for which he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award at graduation. Mr. Ash also served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ash worked as a Legislative Assistant for the New York State Assembly and as a Head Varsity Football Coach.

Mr. Ash has been selected by his peers for the sixth edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his expertise in commercial litigation.
