Fatima Anjum, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law – with a focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, periodic reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Anjum worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP in New York and Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP in Toronto, Canada.
Ms. Anjum received her J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law in 2020, where she was an Executive Editor for the McGill Law Journal and a Senator elected to McGill University’s Senate. She received her B.A. in English Literature and Language from York University’s Glendon College.
Ms. Anjum is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and called to the bar in Ontario, Canada. She is a native French and Urdu speaker.
