Kimmia Salehi, an associate of the Firm, is a real estate attorney focusing her practice on real estate and business transactions. Ms. Salehi has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in connection with origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans, as well as representing loan sellers and buyers in secondary market transactions, including securitizations and repurchase facilities. Ms. Salehi assists clients in a variety of real estate related transactions including, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, developments, workouts, and restructuring. She also handles corporate transactions and business matters.
Ms. Salehi received her Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration degrees in 2016 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2012 from Georgia State University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
