Kristina R. Brown, of counsel to the Firm, is a corporate and securities attorney. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters. She represents both buyers and sellers of businesses, as well as issuers and underwriters in securities offerings. Ms. Brown also advises clients on corporate governance and corporate law matters generally.
Ms. Brown has a wealth of experience having represented clients across myriad industries in private practice and serving as corporate counsel in public company settings.
Ms. Brown graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from Rutgers College, Rutgers University Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
