Laura Rosmarin, a member of the Firm, focuses her practice on business immigration law. With more than 25 years of experience, she advises multinational corporations, businesses, academic institutions, hospitals, and individuals on a broad range of complex employment-based immigration matters. Ms. Rosmarin counsels clients throughout the immigration process, from nonimmigrant visa strategies to permanent residence and U.S. citizenship.
Her practice encompasses H-1B, L-1, O, P, and E visas; EB-1 petitions; National Interest Waivers; PERM labor certifications; and applications for permanent residence and U.S. citizenship. She has extensive experience representing corporate executives, professional athletes, physicians, entertainers, international students, and accomplished professionals across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
Ms. Rosmarin earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1993 and her B.A. with Honors in Political Science from Boston University in 1990. She is admitted to practice in New York and Georgia and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Rosmarin was recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers.
