Matthew Pinos, an associate at the Firm, practices in all areas of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Pinos was an associate at a large international law firm, where he practiced business and municipal restructuring.
Mr. Pinos received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in political science and Russian from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Mr. Pinos participated in the Transactional Law Competition. Mr. Pinos is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
