Zalak Raval

Associate

Zalak Raval is an Associate in the firm’s corporate and securities practice, where she advises clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, private placements (including PIPE transactions), and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on SPAC IPOs and de-SPAC transactions.

Ms. Raval regularly counsels domestic and international clients on SEC reporting obligations, stock exchange listing requirements, and ongoing regulatory compliance matters. She also advises companies across the full lifecycle of public company readiness, from pre-IPO structuring through post-listing governance and disclosure, and reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Her transactional experience spans a wide range of industries, including consumer goods and services; coal and gold mining; eCommerce and social media platforms; health care, biotechnology and life sciences; alternative energy; financial services; transportation and mobility; and technology, including fintech and digital assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Raval was a Senior Associate at Duane Morris LLP and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. She received her LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University, her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and her B.A. from George Washington University.

Ms. Raval is admitted to practice in Georgia and Washington, D.C., and is seeking admission in New York.
