Caroline Burnham is a Director of Business Development for Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. Her responsibilities include leading the firm nationally in their Sales and Marketing efforts.
Ms. Burnham works with SPACs, trusted advisors, investors, and corporations, both public and private, providing them with EGS’s legal services related to a broad range of business-related matters including Corporate, Securities, Real Estate, Broker-Dealer Regulation, Private Investment Funds, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Labor & Employment, ERISA, Executive Compensation, Tax & Estate Planning, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Prior to Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, Ms. Burnham worked at Marshall & Stevens as the Director of Business Development where she was responsible for double digit growth for the company, as well as building out a Business Development team. Before Marshall & Stevens, Ms. Burnham worked as a member of the sales team at SourceScrub, where she became a top selling business development representative and secured the largest sale the company had executed since inception. Ms. Burnham earned a Bachelor of Science, Economic Statistics, with a minor in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. She is a the leader and founder of the Accelerated Professionals Network.
