Trevor Okomba, a member of the Firm, is a corporate and securities attorney in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice group. Mr. Okomba focuses his practice on advising clients on complex M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. He has represented buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out sales, auction sales, deSPAC transactions and strategic investments involving publicly and privately held companies. Mr. Okomba’s diverse sector experience covers consumer goods and eCommerce platforms; mining and metals; chemicals; financial services; biotechnology and life sciences; transportation; healthcare and cryptocurrency, among others. Mr. Okomba’s broad range of clients include public and private companies; private equity funds and other financial sponsors; investors; investment banks and other financial advisors.
Mr. Okomba also has significant experience advising clients on public company matters, including disclosure and corporate governance matters, as well as SEC regulatory and other securities laws matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Okomba also has worked on a number of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other go-public transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Okomba was an attorney in the M&A group at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, New York.
Mr. Okomba received his Juris Doctorate from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University. Mr. Okomba is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
