    GreenPower Motor Company Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of purpose-built, all-electric, zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles serving the cargo and delivery market, shuttle and transit space and school bus sector, announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering in the amount of $2,300,000.  EGS acted as counsel to Maxim Group LLC, the sole book-running manager for the offering.

    GP-Act III Acquisition, a blank check company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering in the amount of $250,000,000.  EGS acted as counsel to Cantor, the sole bookrunning manager on the deal.
