Mr. Nertney’s practice is distinguished by his experience handling transactions across diverse industries and various stages of business growth.
Mr. Nertney provides comprehensive counsel on a wide range of transactions, stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments, and advises clients on compliance with NASDAQ and NYSE listing standards.
Mr. Nertney holds a J.D. from Albany Law School, where he served as an Article Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. He received his B.S. in Finance from Siena College. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
