Jessica Chuang

Associate

Jessica Chuang, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law. She has represented a broad range of clients in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. She advises clients on public offerings and private placements, ongoing SEC reporting requirements, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with federal and state securities laws, and stock exchange listings. Ms. Chuang also represents technology companies, negotiating technology contracts, including artificial intelligence (AI) software licensing agreements.

Prior to joining Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, Ms. Chuang advised and represented both US and international clients across various sectors, including commercial real estate development, leasing, construction, franchises and technology, at a boutique firm in New York City. She also has experience as in-house counsel for startup companies.

Ms. Chuang is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Chuang received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. She received her B.A. in Economics from Teikyo University.  Ms. Chuang speaks fluent Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. She is well-versed in cross-cultural transactions.
