Aaron Dubin-Ramos, an associate of the Firm, practices in corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, periodic reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Dubin-Ramos earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Heyman Scholar and a Notes Editor on the Cardozo Law Review. His Note on greenwashing was published in Volume 47. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
