Armando Marin III

Armando Marin III, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, SPAC transactions, periodic reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Marin worked as an associate at a leading international law firm.

Mr. Marin received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Senior Article Editor for the Cardozo Law Review and an intern with the Filmmakers Legal Clinic. He received his B.S.M. in Finance and Management and his Master of Accounting from Tulane University.

Mr. Marin is admitted to practice law in New York.
