Ati Alipour is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She focuses on employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 (National Interest Waiver and Advanced Degree), EB-3 (Skilled Workers and Professionals), O-1 (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement) visa categories. Her practice also includes consular processing and adjustment of status matters.
Ms. Alipour received her LL.M. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in California and an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
