Danielle Greco, an associate of the firm, specializes in real estate law. Ms. Greco has experience representing both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations with respect to various commercial properties. She also has experience representing purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate.
In addition, Ms. Greco has acted as general counsel to numerous boards of cooperative corporations, condominium associations, and homeowners associations throughout NYC and the surrounding suburbs.
Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with Klein Greco & Associates LLP and Romer Debbas LLP in New York.
Ms. Greco is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University.
