Eric Johnson, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson worked as an associate at two leading international law firms and a publically traded company.
Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2015 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire in 2009. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
