Erica Zhang, a Law Clerk at the firm, practices in a broad array of complex commercial and securities matters and disputes.
Ms. Zhang received her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business and was a semifinalist in the Orison S. Marden Moot Court Competition. During law school, she was a judicial intern in the Eastern District of New York, an SEC Scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and a legal extern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She also represented pro bono clients at the Office of the Appellate Defender. Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Global Liberal Studies from New York University.
Ms. Zhang is pending admission to practice in the state of New York.
