Gabriele Forbes-Bennett, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, and public and private offerings.
Mrs. Forbes-Bennett received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2021, where she was an Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Society and a recipient of the James F. Gill Law ’56 Scholarship. She received her B.A. from CUNY Baruch College in 2018, summa cum laude, where she majored in Political Science and the Management of Musical Enterprises.
Mrs. Forbes-Bennett is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
