Harry L. Grabow, an associate of the Firm, is an experienced litigator specializing in complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on high-stakes commercial and securities matters, and he regularly advises clients on issues of business tort, contract, and constitutional law, corporate governance, and state and federal court procedures. He also has extensive experience litigating antitrust, real estate, and bankruptcy matters, and a strong background representing entities and individuals in connection with internal and government investigations.

Mr. Grabow  has led successful case teams through every stage of a dispute, from initial claim assessments and pre-litigation, through trial and appeal. He brings deep experience representing defendants, plaintiffs, and third parties alike.

Mr. Grabow joins Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP from Kaplan Rice LLP, where he served as Litigation Associate. His approach to dispute resolution is shaped by his experiences handling high-profile cases as both a law firm attorney and in-house counsel. Prior to joining Kaplan Rice, he was a Litigation Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focused on banking and financial services matters. Subsequently, Mr. Grabow was Assistant General Counsel to real estate firm JDS Development Group, working closely with outside counsel and insurers to direct and execute strategies across Group-wide litigations and arbitrations.
