Jared Nossen is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group. His practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of employment-related matters, including litigation involving wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Nossen regularly advises employers on day-to-day workplace issues, including employee discipline and termination, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He also assists clients in drafting and updating employment agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks to help mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Mr. Nossen is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
