Jared Rabinowitz is an associate with Litigation practice group of the firm. His practice includes litigation claims involving violations of securities laws, fraud, business torts and breaches of contracts.
Mr. Rabinowitz received his Juris Doctorate degree, cume laude, from New York Law School in 2021, where he was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review, a Dean’s Scholar, and an affiliate of the Center for Business and Financial Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rabinowitz clerked for Justice Andrew Borrok in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court.
Mr. Rabinowitz is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
