Jessica Chuang

Jessica Chuang is an Associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law. She has represented a broad range of clients in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and business transactions related matters.

Prior to joining Ellenoff Grossman & Schloe LLP, Ms. Chuang advised and represented US and international clients in sectors including real estate development and construction, franchises, software and technology at a boutique firm in New York City. Ms. Chuang also has experience as in-house counsel for start-up companies.

Ms. Chuang completed the requirements for CIPP/US designation in privacy law from the International Association for Privacy Professionals, a not-for-profit association.

Ms. Chuang is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Chuang received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. She received her B.A. in Economics from Teikyo University.  Ms. Chuang speaks fluent Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. She is well-versed in cross-cultural transactions.
