Jessica Yuan, a member of the Firm, represents domestic and international clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on public and private finance (including IPOs, SPACs, secondary offerings, and private placements), mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange rules and regulations, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in representing issuers and investment banks in international business transactions, especially in Asia. Ms. Yuan has represented clients in a range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, finance, consumer electronics, clean technology, education, and digital assets, among others.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Yuan was associated with the law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP. Ms. Yuan received a Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Amherst College. Ms. Yuan is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is fluent in Mandarin.
