Lauren Hade, an associate of the Firm, practices in corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, periodic reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Hade received her J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
Ms. Hade is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
