Megan Bumb, an associate of the Firm, advises the Firm’s SPAC clients on a full range of securities law and corporate governance matters, including the preparation and filing of periodic and current reports with the SEC.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bumb was an associate at Baker Botts LLP, where she represented public and private companies in a broad array of general corporate and transactional matters, which included securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Ms. Bumb received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Hamilton College, double majoring in Political Science and Psychology. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bumb served in the Peace Corps in Romania.
Ms. Bumb is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
