Peter Wilms is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Wilms represents management in employment litigation, wage and hour claims, legal compliance, labor relations, and more. Before joining Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, Mr. Wilms was an associate at Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petigrow & Mayle LLP, where he represented educational institutions and municipalities as general counsel and handled all manner of labor-management and employment compliance matters.
While studying at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University Mr. Wilms served as Vice-President of the Hofstra Law Moot Court Association, a member of the Moot Court American Bar Association Competition team, and as Notes & Comments Editor on the Labor and Employment Law Journal.
