Peyton Harris, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harris was an associate at a prominent international law firm.
Mr. Harris received his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2020 and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami in History and International Studies in 2017. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York
