Rebecca A. Stark is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group. Her practice involves a wide range of employment litigation, including defense of wage and hour, employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. She also assists employers with general employment issues, such as drafting workplace policies and advising on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Ms. Stark is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from Binghamton University.
